01

Context

Moving to Brazil's free energy market can reduce costs, but the experience is fragmented across bills, consultants, regulatory steps, contracts and monitoring tools.

The market usually presents migration as the finish line. Operationally, however, it is only the beginning.

02

The Challenge

The challenge was to make a regulated and unfamiliar decision understandable without simplifying away its consequences.

How might migration become the first chapter of a clear, measurable energy-management journey?
03

My Role

I framed the product thesis and designed the end-to-end experience.

  • Mapped the lifecycle from eligibility diagnosis to continuous energy operation
  • Defined the information architecture for bills, contracts, migration tasks and telemetry
  • Designed decision support, alerts and the contextual energy copilot
  • Built and refined the functional high-fidelity prototype in Google AI Studio
04

Product thesis

Migration is not the product's conclusion. It is the onboarding into a continuous energy operating system.

01One lifecycle

Acquisition, migration and operation share the same company context.

02Signals become decisions

Telemetry is paired with financial consequence and a recommended next action.

03Guidance builds autonomy

Complex market language is translated without hiding assumptions or responsibility.

01

Diagnose

Read bills and establish eligibility and baseline.

02

Model

Compare captive and free-market scenarios.

03

Migrate

Coordinate documents, signatures and regulatory steps.

04

Operate

Monitor demand, contracts, invoices and anomalies.

05

The Process

a.Connecting promise and operation

The public experience does more than estimate savings.

FluxoLivre value proposition and telemetry preview

The landing page connects economic value to the product's continuous operating model.

b.Making migration manageable

The migration assistant breaks a regulated process into five visible stages.

FluxoLivre five-step assisted migration flow

Documents, responsibilities and validation states remain visible throughout the transition.

c.Designing the post-migration cockpit

Savings, contracted demand, live consumption and exceptions share one operational status.

FluxoLivre dashboard and real-time monitoring views

Demonstration data shows how technical signals become operational priorities.

d.From alert to recommended action

An alert only earns attention when it explains what changed, its possible financial consequence and what the user can do next.

Design decision

Explain the signal, consequence and next move.

Design decisions

The following examples connect the design decisions to their supporting exploration. Original prompts are available on demand.

Prompt 01 · Product architecture
Product decision

The response helped expose the gap between migration and operation.

View prompt
Act as a product strategist specialized in Brazil's free energy market. Structure an end-to-end journey from eligibility to continuous operation.

Prompt 02 · Contextual copilot
Product decision

The copilot was positioned as an interpreter and navigator.

View prompt
Act as an energy-management copilot. Use only supplied company, contract and telemetry context; explain the signal, consequence and next safe action.
FluxoLivre dashboard and alert context

AI accelerated exploration and explanation. Market rules, calculations and high-risk decisions still require verified sources and human validation.

↳

AI support

I used ChatGPT to explore scenarios and Google AI Studio for functional prototyping. I defined migration as onboarding and prioritized the signals and next actions. The concept uses demonstration data and has no measured production outcomes.

07

Outcome & Next Validation

The result is a functional product concept that connects the commercial promise to the operational experience.

01

Migration reframed as onboarding into continuous management

02

Bills, contracts, tasks and telemetry connected in one lifecycle

03

Alerts designed around consequence and next action

04

Next: validate comprehension and alert thresholds with real operators

08

Learnings

The strongest decision was to treat the product as a lifecycle rather than a conversion funnel.
